The restaurant/café has the same opening hours as the museum.
About the café
During the summer, the café is operated by Fru Jennys Hantverk o Skafferi AB. The café offers a wide selection of delicious freshly baked buns, tasty cookies and pies. For lunch, you can choose from toast, sandwiches, salads, bowls, and pancakes. Eat in the café, in our outdoor area, or take your treats with you for a picnic in the museum's beautiful surroundings!
Menu and allergies
We always try to offer options for vegans, vegetarians, and those who are lactose or gluten intolerant. If you have any questions about allergens in our selection, feel free to talk to our kitchen staff or contact us in advance.
Child-friendly café
For those with young children, we have several high chairs and bibs available, and we're happy to help heat up baby food jars. A warm welcome to all!
Booked groups
If you are a group that has booked a venue or a tour at the museum, catering will be provided by one of our partners. Please submit your booking request via Group tour or Book venue and events and we will get back to you with suggestions.
About Fru Jenny
Fru Jennys Hantverk o Skafferi AB is a small-scale and personal company based in Sorunda, with its heart in local artisan food production. Here, the aroma of freshly baked bread, care for quality ingredients, and a passion for good food come together in a business that includes both a bakery and catering services. With great love for the craft, pastries, breads, cakes, and dishes are made from scratch, always with a focus on flavor, quality, and an authentic touch.
The company works extensively with local products and ingredients, creating a strong sense of connection, sustainability, and local identity. Whether providing catering for weddings, parties, christenings, graduation celebrations, or other events, the ambition is for every order to feel personal, thoughtful, and memorable. During the summer, Fru Jennys Hantverk o Skafferi AB also brings its dedication and distinctive flavors to Brukscaféet, where guests can experience the same appreciation for homemade baking, home-cooked food, and warm hospitality. With roots in Sorunda and an eye toward the future, the company continues to develop an offering where local ingredients, genuine craftsmanship, and personal service always remain at the center.
