Prices and Tickets

Tumba Paper Mill Museum has free admission. A fee is charged for certain tours and programmes.

Free admission 2023

The Swedish government's removal of the free admission reform will not affect your visit to Tumba Paper Mill Museum. We will continue to have free admission.

Guided tour: papermaking by hand

We offer papermaking by hand Thursday–Sunday at 14:00. Participation costs SEK 75 for adults and is free of charge for children up to age 19. Following the tour, participants will be invited to try their hand at making their own sheet of paper, which will be sent home to them once dry – the sheets cost SEK 50.

Family Sundays in the paper workshop

The activity is free of charge for adults and children up to 19 years of age. The paper sheets cost SEK 50 each.

Baby handprint/footprint in paper

The cost is SEK 75 per adult, free admission for babies. The paper sheets cost SEK 50 each (maximum three sheets per baby).

School break activities

We offer activities for children and families during school holiday breaks. You must obtain a ticket for certain school holiday programmes. Children up to age 19 participate free of charge. See the price for each programme on our school holiday programme page.

Price list for group tours 2023

Weekday, daytime (start no later than 16:00)

SEK 1,500/group of maximum 25 people (15 people for own papermaking). Two groups can take the tour in parallel. 

Weekday evenings (start after 16:00) 

SEK 2,000/group of maximum 25 people (15 people for own papermaking). Two groups can take the tour in parallel.

Holiday (red day), daytime (start before 15:00) 

SEK 2,000/group of maximum 25 people (15 people for own papermaking). Two groups can take the tour in parallel. 

Holiday (red day), evening (start after 15:00)  

SEK 2,500/group of maximum 25 people (15 people for own papermaking). Two groups can take the tour in parallel.
