Restaurant and Café

Grab a seat inside our restaurant and café "Brukscaféet" or enjoy our outdoor seating (weather permitting). We serve homemade baked goods, hot and cold drinks, and light lunches.

Opening hours of the restaurant and café

The café has the same opening hours as the museum.

On the menu

Enjoy delicious lunches, coffee and freshly baked bread in our beautiful park. The mill café serves a variety of tasty salads, pancakes, sandwiches, ice cream and delicious drinks.

Lunch menu through 22 September:

Smörrebröd with seasonal ingredients.
Toast: choose between turkey, dijon and cheese or grilled vegetables and cream cheese.
Sallad on a bed of quinoa, and root vegetables
Pancakes with whipped cream and berry compote

Dinner and events

Whether a corporate luncheon or a birthday celebration, you can book your event in our venues or in the park. We can serve finger foods for mingling, buffets and dishes directly at the table.

Christenings and funeral refreshments

We cater for all types of life events. For christenings and funerals, we can provide coffee with pastries, sandwiches or lunch served in one of our venues. A quote can be provided upon request.

Booked groups

We welcome groups for light refreshments, lunch or dinner any day of the week. We offer seasonal food and therefore do not have a fixed menu, but please contact us for suggestions. Book via group tour or conference.

Allergies and special dietary needs

Please contact us in advance if you have allergies or any special dietary needs. We have a limited selection, but offer lactose-free, gluten-free and egg-free options. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options on our menu.

Visiting the café with children

We offer child-friendly options on our menu. For little ones, we offer EKO squeeze bags, and also have facilities for heating up baby food that you bring along.
